What are your delivery options?
All orders are processed out of our Los Angeles,, CA facility. We ship our products via USPS, UPS, or FedEx but can accommodate additional shipping methods already in place with your pre-existing freight forwarders. Will call is also available during normal business hours when requested.
How do I return an item?
All returns can either be processed in person at our will call desk or returned via mail with a viable RMA. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
What is your returns policy?
The product must be unopened, unused, and in it original packaging for a return to be processed. No partial quantity boxes or previously installed goods will be accepted.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided with every shipment for convenience. With any specific or customized requests please feel free to reach out to our order fulfillment team at anytime.
